I feel refreshed, rejuvenated, more clear in my thinking. My actions are more focused. I've put myself back into an exercise program.....make that I am making exercise part of my life. It feels very good.
My eating habits have changed somewhat. I continue to eat the same foods (generally healthy) but have cut back on portions.
I have some long lived scarring/eczema that are disappearing.
My response to people's statements, questions and concerns is both directed and loving. I think that has been an asset, but something has changed or grown. The word that comes to mind is clarity.

Since the LIFEfield clearing with Paula in April of 2008, I have noticed an increased desire to be more discriminating in my choice of thoughts, words, behaviors and habits.
To support my positive growth after the clearing, I use the both the LIFEfield transformational tools. I also continue to support my growth using additional work with Paula. I listen to affirmations every morning before I rise to start my day on a positive note and make sure that I connect with Mother Earth and my Total Higher self through a meditation Paula taught me. My LIFEfield clearing, the tools, in conjunction with receiving monthly Universal White Time sessions have changed my life.
While I still have bad moods (get angry or frustrated etc) I am much more able to snap out of them and return to a state of equilibrium. I feel better about myself and am more accepting of what I call my "growth edges", those places where I am still learning and lack positive life experience. I have put closure on two negative relationships that were not supportive of me and have begun to make new friends and acquaintances that support my growth in a compassionate and humorous way.
The biggest change I have noticed is that I am friendlier with people at work. I no longer perceive my co-workers as threatening to my equilibrium. People have not changed, as much as my perspective regarding them has. I laugh and smile more and am more outgoing in new situations. I still consider myself an introvert, yet I notice myself taking more risks and reaching out more socially.
Recently I started a new program of study at a local trade school and am flourishing. Although I have always been a good student, I now notice that my ability to learn is less encumbered with self-doubt. I am still an over-achiever and a perfectionist (some things die hard!) but I am learning to cut myself more slack and not take school -and-life- so seriously. Recently a friend of mine said that I seem lighter. More free is how I would put it.

For years I have received and practiced various forms of energy work, counseling, 12 Step Programs and alternative medicine to help me with emotional stability and life skills. Still, after many years and having recently turned 40 I was still having difficulty with my emotions, my relationships and my reactions to daily life challenges. I continued to struggle with bouts of depression, hopelessness, fear and isolation which prevented me from moving forward fully in my life.

Using these tools I am able to communicate more clearly and efficiently so that I can get what I need and want in relationships and my life. I am truly grateful that I met Paula and that she has committed herself to the work of the LIFEfield Technique. This work has changed my life.

Since having my LIFEfields cleared, I have noticed an ongoing diffusion of negative emotion. most noticeably the 'cloud' surrounding the processing of a relationship I ended several years ago has lifted; it is as if whatever guilt or negative emotion that was still present has disappeared. As I am shifting, I feel an easing within my communications. Communication and connections feel easier. I feel a resolution of the 'cloud' that was the common thread within my relationships. As I scheduled my LIFEfield clearing, I was certain it would allow me to come to terms with my current relationship, bringing it to an end. To my surprise instead of ending it, I find myself more open, more committed to the development and deepening of our connection. I feel a shift in my lifelong pattern of entering and ending relationships. I am less reactive in the moments that used to light the short fuse in a lot of situations. Instead of entering the battle, I can now see where habitual reactions led me in the past. With this awareness and clarity, I am making new choices in how I communicate.
I am beginning to look toward the next chapter in my experience with a sense of anticipation, no longer feeling reluctant to embrace a new life with new goals and new challenges. I am open to and examining the unlimited possibilities for passionate connections within and towards my relationships, my career choices and life. As I allow things to fall away, those things that occupied my thoughts and energy, my mind has become free to contemplate and get in touch with that which makes me feel passionate. While passion has always been present somewhere in the back of my mind, it is now free to come to the forefront.

Over the past eighteen years, I have experienced and used many forms of energy work. I have done much work and used various modalities of clearing and healing. When LIFEfield Technique was mentioned to me and I was told I needed to experience it, I responded with "Well one of these days, maybe." I had the opportunity presented to me, to have my fields cleared. I figured, what the heck nothing to lose. I knew Paula well, and she is one of the most trust worthy people I know I am very careful who I allow into my energy fields. After the clearing, the only words I could say were, "Profound, the most profound experience I had ever had." When relating my experience to others, I found myself saying, "Imagine you were totally congested, your sinuses were full, you could not breathe, and you were miserable. And then in a nano second, you were crystal clear. That's how I feel." I felt, also like I had lost 100 pounds. I was so much lighter. I have called everyone I know to tell them about this work and I do not recommend anything very often. Most of them have already booked their sessions and are experiencing marvelous results.

The "clearing" feels subtle to me most times and I can feel the presence of transformation. Other times it is more intense and then I usually process by 'writing it out'. I have never drank so much water in my life!!
"Letting Go" has never felt so exhilarating! There is much releasing and it feels so LIBERATING! Presently my concern is where to put my energy and skills next. That is unclear right now and I await the next adventures and learning and am certain they will be full of JOY.
Paula, I am immensely appreciative of this clearing/healing. I am so touched and feel the purity and depth of this. I have received so much 'insight' that I cannot even put into words. And I still gotta dance!
