Out-of-network

 

I am an out-of-network provider. Services may be covered by your insurance. To find out, please call the number of the back of your insurance card and ask whether you have out-of-network behavioral health benefits. You will be responsible for payment at the time of session, and I will provide you a with a superbill to submit to your insurance for reimbursement. See FAQ for more information.
